RJ D’Cruz focuses on the firm’s acquisition, asset management, and strategic planning efforts. His strategic evaluation of prospective opportunities has helped MIG acquire eight multifamily and commercial properties, while his oversight of financial analysis and market research efforts are essential for MIG’s growth initiatives and existing portfolio.

Prior to joining MIG, RJ was an Acquisition Analyst at TwinRock Partners, where he assisted with the firm’s acquisitions, asset management, and investor relations, evaluating over $285M in potential investments, performing property due diligence, and aiding in the transition of properties from outside to in-house property management.

RJ received an MBA from the University of California, Irvine - Paul Merage School of Business and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of San Diego.
