As the Director of Multifamily Asset Management, Sharon is responsible to manage the multifamily portfolio performance, including financial reporting and the development of financial and operational strategies to drive portfolio profitability and success.
Sharon brings more than 25 years of multi-family experience in operations, acquisitions, development and value-add renovations. Sharon was previously the Vice President of Operations for the Western US Region at Simpson Property Group where she was responsible for the planning and execution of initiatives to ensure financial and operational success of each asset. In addition, Sharon provided support and leadership to the management teams for more than twenty-eight communities.
