Sherry DuPont is responsible for the legal oversight of MIG’s business activities, entity structuring, investor relations and compliance. Sherry has more than 20 years experience in private equity, fund management, real estate and finance. She has negotiated several billion dollars of real estate transactions during her time as General Counsel for both private equity firms and publicly traded companies.

Sherry holds a J.D. from the University of Southern California and two B.A.'s in English and Political Science from the University of California Berkeley.
